Paiute Diner was a great small town eatery that had a menu full of your American favorites: burgers, chicken sandwiches, chilled cheese, chicken baskets, and more. I got the sticky chicken basket which was absolutely stellar! The sticky sauce is very spicy. It tasted like tabasco sauce mixed with a little honey. The fries weren’t my favorite because they were a little undercooked but overall this was a great diner with a fabulous staff! Definitely will return the next time I pass through Marysvale.

We had breakfast at the diner and we had to come back for seconds. The staff was so warm and welcoming, and the pancakes are absolutely the best we’ve ever had (everything we ordered was great)! We highly recommend this stop if you want a piece of Utah cuisine and warmth.

The food was delicious!! The wait staff was super friendly and hard working and tried really hard to make our meal awesome! However, the cook was yelling at them so loud that we could hear in the front and was super unprofessional.The owner was super helpful and friendly. The owner and wait staff tried hard to keep things running smoothly so kudos to them!
