Overall I had a very positive experience with Today's Collision. They did a beautiful repair of my Tesla Model 3 and were very down to earth people to work with. I enjoyed their runner service that helped me drop off my vehicle and pick it up without having to Uber or inconvenience my wife. The only blemish was that they are very busy and repairs took a while. Beside that, which is largely affected by the overall market, they were amazing.

Today’s Collision was recommended to me by our car dealer after a minor hit and run incident which required some fussy bodywork. Everyone at the shop who we worked with was fantastic. Customer service was outstanding, response time was super quick, and the work they did was perfect. We even had an alignment done because even though it was a brand new car, the alignment was never right even straight off the factory line. The car drives better than I did when it was brand new. I cannot recommend Bobby and his team highly enough!

I found Today's Collision through the Land Rover approved body shop search after having body work required including a fist size dent on the driver side. Bobby and team were always available whenever I called, assistive in the insurance claim process and were able to complete the work within a week of dropping the car off, faster than advertised at a reasonable price. Body of the car looks like new with no inconsistency to what it looked like before the accident. Did a full clean and shine of the car as well. Would highly recommend.

Wish I had the chance to use this body shop as everyone seems to have nothing but wonderful things to say. I called to get an estimate on a repair and spoke to Matt. He told me to send through images to his email as well as the appraisal my insurance co had ordered and he would get back to me. After doing that, I missed his call a day later so gave him a ring back and wasn't able to connect. Then, for the next week I kept trying to contact him. I sent him one email and also called once. I didn't want to be an annoying customer as I understand this shop is busy, but was also trying to get some response. All I got back was an email saying that he had been out of the office and would get back to me by the end of the next day. He didn't, so I followed up again and said that if they were too busy that's fine and just let me know so I could take my car somewhere else. Never received a response to that e-mail either. So I took the car somewhere else. Kind of a shocking experience given the positive reviews that everyone has listed here, but upon digging deeper there have been a few other reviewers who mentioned a complete lack of response. Hopefully anyone reading this has more luck than I did.
