Wow! What a fantastic find. 10/10 recommended currant ridge! Andy and the staff were incredibly welcoming and made our stay in McCarthy the best of our almost two week trip. Andy was flexible with our wild schedule and even helped us find alternative housing on days he was full. The greenhouse was busting at the rim while we were there and he kindly invited us to pick and eat anything we wanted. A big plus for a place with essentially no stores. On top of that it was extremely high quality, well stocked, very clean, fairly priced and had beautiful views. Literally not one complaint. Would go back at anytime and I would always recommend!

The Currant Ridge cabins were great! Easy to get to and very nice. We cooked several meals and it was great having a full kitchen and grill. Our 5 year old son enjoyed playing on the trampoline. Would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at Current Ridge Cabins twice now and plan to visit here more in the future. Both times my expectations have been exceeded... and wow factor maxed out! I travel extensively for work and I've stayed at some pretty amazing places; it's nice to know that this gem of a place is close to home! Very family orientated :-) Cabins: Spotless, comfortable and peaceful - each cabin has spectacular views! Living accommodations, the kitchen and bathroom have everything you need - Andy told me on my first visit that there is plenty of hot water - very true! Customer Service: Andy and his wife are warm and welcoming. They have lived in the area for quite some time and have a great knowledge of the area which they are proud and happy to share; they have plenty of suggestions on what to do regardless of what your interest is in the area. Geographical area: Peaceful is the first word that comes to mind. There is an abundance of things to do for outdoor recreation. Most of the road leading to the Cabin is dirt - I found the dirt road in better condition than the paved sections on the first section - it might be intimidating the first few miles of the dirt road but don't let that fool you! Bing 2020, many restaurants may open later in the Summer (if at all) bring your own food to cook - the cabin has a full kitchen (minus dishwasher) as well as a well functioning grill on the patio. Five stars aren't enough!!!
