I've been stopping in for my Birthday for a few years. No issues while we were there. Only fun times.
If you are asking specifically about Luau Larry's, they are not serving indoors. You can get your food "to go" or in the evening they have tables and chairs out on the beach. The tables are all distanced at least 6 feet apart. Masks are encouraged to be worn when placing your order. I cannot speak to any precautions taken with the food handling. I assume standard food handling guidelines are more than sufficient for the situation.
