I don't normally review places and maybe it's mcdonalds throughout the country now. During the day, great service. During the night, on random nights and at random times they only do Doordash. Some nights when I get off I can go grab some food. Tonight was not one of those nights. Apparently it's a doordash only night at this location but one down the road was just starting breakfast. Not sure what's going on but they're losing alot of money. I was a paying customer and they turned me away and I refuse to pay doordash when I'm at the window ready to order and pay. I don't want to sound like a Karen but some consistency would be cool since I often work long hours and until late in the night.

Bought a 20 piece nugget and they forgot our sauce. Went back in line and asked for honey, the manager then said she couldn’t give it to us unless we bought something. We bought a fry and asked for honey and she refused to give us honey. I explained I just bought nuggets and a fry to get honey and she then told us to get the **** out of the line then threatened to call the cops if we didn’t leave the drive thru. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

One of the coke machines was out of everything non-diet, the other had no co2. Every table in the place was filthy. The food had obviously sat on the warmer for a while. I wouldn't go here again if you paid me.
