I have never been to Lily Dale and was excited to be able to experience and the energy. Craig and Joseph were wonderful hosts and were happy to answer any questions. The Inn bedroom we stayed in had a king bed, television, keurig and refrigerator. They are in the process of adding more bathrooms and while it didn't bother me it could get odd if the house had a group of people. I'd stay again.

I have been visiting Lily Dale solo for years and I try to book a guest house each time. For my most recent visit, I decided to give Southern Comfort a chance and I'm glad I did! Joseph and Craig are wonderful accommodating hosts and their home is beautiful. I felt welcomed, cared for, and even included (which was an unexpected surprise). Some of the best moments from my trip were simply chatting with the hosts around the home or on the screened porch. As far as amenities, I do not know of another Lily Dale guest house that offers nearly as many. Beyond the air conditioning, my room had a mini-fridge with bottled water and coffee creamer, a Keurig coffee maker with mugs and fixings, and a flat-screen TV complete with Netflix access! The beds are the most comfortable in the Dale! If that's not amazing enough, Craig put fresh flowers on my nightstand when I arrived. I was also pleased to learn that some of the guest rooms will be upgraded with private bathrooms. If it's not obvious already, I know EXACTLY where I'll be staying during my visit next season. Thank you, Joseph, Craig, (and Blue!) for sharing your home with me and treating me like a queen. Wishing you the best and looking forward to seeing you again soon!

Beautiful, charming, and very clean. The manager was lovely and accommodating as well. The room was very comfortable and having air conditioning and a TV with all the streaming services you could want was a huge plus. If I stay in Lily Dale again, I will definitely be returning to Southern Comfort Inn.

Our group of four had a wonderful stay. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever had away from home!! Every creature comfort was taken care of - AC, Alexa, mini fridge, coffee maker and flat screen TV in each large room. Rooms were very quiet. We enjoyed gathering on the porch and inside. Our hosts were fabulous! Joseph and Craig are very personable and we enjoyed learning about the history of their beautiful home. We also fell in love with Blue, their adorable cat. This was our third visit in Lily Dale and first at Southern Comfort. This is our first choice now!
