This is a beautiful, well-landscaped property in a great a community with a lot to offer the residents on-site including a dog park, basketball courts, and corn hole boards to name a few! I would highly recommend it! If you're looking for a place to rent in the Lisbon area--this is the place to be!

Went driving through to look at the units being built and becoming available because we had interest in possibly purchasing one. The dog was in the car with us so we stopped at their little dog park because nobody else was using it and he needed to go outside. Within probably two minutes of being there we were approached by a middle-aged woman who had just taken pictures of our license plate telling us "You don't belong here" "You don't pay our taxes" "You need to leave" This woman introduced herself as related to the owners of the whole property complex. She was nothing but rude and confrontational from the start and instead of talking with us decided as a grown woman to waste the time of the local police department and call them. Needless to say we left quickly and none of that was needed, but the point of none of this would have even BEEN a problem if my girlfriend was not black. To quote her "you don't belong here. I do expect a response here, is this the kind of community you represent?

1 and 2 bedroom condo like apartments and good sized places you should call and ask for a tour or look at there website for details they have that info. All new appliences looks really sharp in there definetly makes a nice place to come home to. They have washer and dryer hook ups. Good neighbors and pretty quiet. Heat is included, you pay for power and any other services you want. Lawn care, plowing, garbage disposal and more done by property management. Maintenance is really fast so if something breaks they fix it quick. They have a volleyball and basketball court outside in a park like setting with a water foutain. Rent is like 1285 for two bedroom ans somewhere around 900-1000 for a one bedroom. Everything here is worth the money especially being so newly built you dont have to worry about what past tenents did to your apartment. These are newly built I would say last year 2017 they started the construction call Maine Properties for details or visit there website
