This is a review of Summit Place living in Methuen, MA You host the lives of 200+ dwellings and you never even answer the phone!!! I would love to see this place operated by a team of individuals who take pride in their work instead of acting like they are milking their shift at a motel6. People pay SO MUCH MONEY to live here and there is ZERO service. Just be able to answer the phone during normal hours, just that. PLEASE! I called you again three more times and im just forwarded to the request voicemail

I am adjusting very well and feel happy here. The neighbors have been welcoming and friendly. I am feeling safe and comfortable living here and that’s important. The office staff has been quickly responsive to my needs. Thank you for a great move in experience.

I lived here for a year and it was really nice . The staff was always so kind and helpful , the maintenance team is incredibly amazing . I was sad to go but even when moving they were very kind and so helpful . The property is always so beautiful and well maintained as well ❤️❤️❤️

This is a very nice community, feels luxurious and safe. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Danielle makes you feel right at home. The apartments are well maintained, maintenance is usually super quick. I like that packages are stored in the package room and accessible 24/7. Same as the gym. Balcony is spacious, can't wait for the summer. Ceiling is higher than a typical apartment, which is great. The only minor improvement I would like to see is to have trash disposal closer to the buildings. Everything else is amazing! I highly recommend this place!

Hi Karen, We do not have any elevators but our stairs case are open and wide and they have landings to stop at as well.
Hi Nelson, there is no onsite playground, however we have two grassy parks with picnic benches and grills, plus several parks within a few minutes drive!

I agree. I was a previous landlord that did not allow company cars, I am also upset that people don't pickup after their dogs, or put their trash in the bins. If they have tv survalience use it. We pay a Lot for rent and would like the management to provide that time and care. We have been here since December, we love our place but disappointed in many t things.
I was told yes, but im unsure they would agree to the rent summit requires.
