Young guy wasn't familiar with taking in my sewing machine for a cleaning so he asked me to wait for Susan. She took care of another customer then gave me her undivided attention. Sweepers world is amazing. They are staffed with good and honest people. My wife and I loved our shampooer so we were pretty disheartened when the brush part broke. To make matters worst I tried my husbandly duties to try and fix it myself but ended up not being able to resolve it. Given up on fixing it myself I turned to sweepers world. They took it back and called me immediately with their quote. However, they worked out a miracle and were able to look into our warranty and just order us a new shampooer! Nothing out of pocket! Honestly, didn’t expect that at all from a company but they will forever have my service. I’d recommend them to anyone. Their Hoover and Dyson certified too!
