Wow. I was nervous about how much it would hurt because of how much pain I was feeling in my lower back but it was fairly quick, relatively pain free and I walked out with no pain!

The Doctor, Office Assistant, and facility in Draper, UT, were all top-notch. They took the time to make sure I had what I needed and instructions to ease my pain as I continue my trip cross country. Thank you, Dr. Moultrie and The Joint Chiropractic Draper!!

This location’s chiropractor is unprofessional and they are not adhering to their google hours. I came in to cancel my membership since I no longer need adjustments, and the online hours said they reopen at 2:45 from lunch. I tried to come in just a few minutes after they should’ve reopened and the doors were locked and a handwritten note on the door said they reopened at 3. Luckily I had time to wait 10 minutes. I watched an employee go in around 2:56, then watched two customers walk in a minute after, so I walked in at 2:58. The front desk employee happily greeted me and started helping me cancel my membership while the other 2 customers were filling out paperwork. The chiropractor walked up and started berating the front desk employee in front of me and the other customers saying it’s just now 3 and he can’t let anyone in earlier due to corporate policies. It made me feel really uncomfortable having the chiropractor talk to the employee that way in front of me. I also don’t understand how you can have a corporate policy to not let anyone in until 3, when your google hours state you reopen at 2:45. Overall I am so happy I am cancelling my membership because I don’t want to support a business that lets their employees talk to other employees in that way in front of paying customers and not opening when they’re supposed to open. The front desk employee was very kind and helpful, and he gave me a bunch of different membership and package options, which was very informative.

Went here about a month ago to check it out. They did a simple assessment and an adjustment on my back. It was advertised at 29.99 for the first visit. On the way out to pay,.. the chiropractor who did the adjustment pointed at a brochure on the counter. 79.99 for Four adjustments and told me it was the best value as well as he would do 2 more free adjustments. At no point did any employee or representative explain the billing process. At no point was there any communication or agreement made for Automatic monthly payments. I haven't even been back for over 2 weeks. I called the receptionist and told her I want a refund and to cancel any sort of membership they signed me up for. She said there is no way to refund what I didn't use. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold. The supervisor was on another call and I was told they would call me back. No call back ever happened. I called a second time for the supervisor. Once again, not available and promised another callback. So now I feel like I'm being treated indifferent. I simply want a refund for what I didn't use.... I have never left a google review before. I feel like this actually deserves a review because I want everyone to know what's going on over there.
