This is single-handedly the most useless and unprofessional branch I have had the misfortune of going to. Thanks to the actions of a select few miserable and throughly unhelpful employees, my family will never be revisiting this location again. After an HOUR AND A HALF WAIT, when an appointment was MADE the day before, we finally left. It should be noted that numerous other people were happily served but perhaps the brown skin color of every member of the family was offensive to the catty advisor who couldn’t take ten minutes to solve our problem. I truly can’t express the incompetence of the general employees here.

I came in to the Draper branch today and opened a checking account. The Banker that helped me was Chelsey Packer. She made the entire experience very easy, answered all my questions, and made sure I opened the right account for my financial situation. 5 stars, definitely recommend!

The customer service has been awful the past 18 months. I have been a customer at Wells Fargo and specifically this branch for close to 20 years. After the experiences I had the past 3 times I went in to this branch I will not be returning. I would rather drive the extra miles to go to the branch on 10600 S. & 1300 E. Great service and a wonderful branch manager. Avoid this branch unless you enjoy poor customer service.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Wells Fargo is the worst bank with the highest fees and worst customer service. They will not help you. Stayyyy awayyyyyyy. There is reason they were in a law suit for stealing from clients. It shows. America first credit union or Zion’s bank is way better. Closing my account ASAP.
