Awesome Customer Service. Ashley and Christopher were so patient and helpful. They have beautiful furniture and decorations. I heard they have been really struggling since Covid - I sure hope they don't go out of business... so much better than RC Willey. Way better quality and price!

Love Ashley’s furniture store, we went to the draper location and was immediately greeted at the door. They had a great sale going on when we went. We were looking for living room couches and ended up leaving with a brand new bed set, a mattress, couches and accent chairs! Chris is the guy that helped us and he was awesome! only downside was that everything was back ordered but delivery and setup is included and their warranty is awesome!

Shawn was amazing! Generally my first response to “can I help you find something?” is saying no, that I’m just looking. But I thought if we said what we were looking for and what we did NOT want it might be helpful. I just hate feeling like I have to buy something because someone has taken their time to walk me all over. We sat on one sofa and I was sold - comfy enough and the price was way low. He said he’d show us a couple more and walked us around the showroom to one that was absolutely perfect. Looking at the price I was thinking “thanks but not possible” but he shared the sale price and even with a couple of extra pieces I felt like it was fair and worth it. Shawn never pressured, he really just let us sit and ask questions, added a comment here or there, gave us suggestions, and let us make our decision. I think he was a little shocked when I said, “Okay, buy this one for me!” to my hubs so quick! We were in and out in 45 minutes. I felt like we were treated like we were valuable, not herded through the store, like what we wanted was key, not what he wanted to sell, and the buying experience was actually fun. Thank you!!

Horrible service and only care about money! My wife and I bought a bed and new foundations and after about three weeks and wanted to return them. They were super uncomfortable and were hurting. After talking with customer service and going into the store, they would not return or exchange anything. The receipt didn’t mention anything about a return policy and the sales rep didn’t mention anything either. After going into the store, they said I had 72 hours to request a refund. How can someone know if they like a bed in under three days? Most companies have a 30 day return policy to try out the bed. We will never be going back to Ashley again if they aren’t even willing to acknowledge or help their customers. Absolute worst service I’ve ever received! Please, go with another company and save your money!
