We stayed one night. Very clean room on the second floor. It’s a new building so everything is in great condition. Check in was easy and fast. My kids enjoyed the pool and complimentary breakfast. Some options were cereal, oatmeal, pastries, eggs and sausage. The only issue I had was having to pay for parking , $7/day. There was nothing special about parking, not even covered/gated parking.

Car alarm going on and off in the parking lot since 1am. Front desk can't do anything about it. Really? Can't call a tow truck to remove a vehicle disrupting the peace? It's your private property. You can't guarantee that my vehicle won't get robbed but you can guarantee that you can do absolutely jack s*** about something keeping EVERYONE awake all night? I have to drive tomorrow! Can you guarantee that I and all your guests sleeping on parking-lot side will be safe on the road? Do something!

This has been a terrible first experience with Homewood Suites by Hilton and I'm less inclined to stay at one in the future because of it. I should have known there would be issues when I walked in to check in and there were screaming kids and two unleashed dogs running around the lobby, seemingly unsupervised. Next, the hotel tried to charge me again for the room I'd already paid for. Then, they put us in the same section as a group of unsupervised high schoolers who are apparently here for some sort of tournament. These high schoolers were yelling as they ran up and down the hallway and then smoking cigarettes and talking loudly at nearly midnight right outside my window. Hotel management did supposedly speak to the teens and asked them to keep it down, but if they knew that they had this large, loud group, they should have placed us in another section of the hotel with adults who actually need sleep at night and are paying the hotel to try to get that sleep. They clearly knew this group was here and could not control their behavior, but they could control their location and they didn't. One of our room lights didn't work. And the doors are created to slam. The pullout couch had no sheets or blankets, so we were unable to use it, even though we needed two beds to be comfortable and we had expected to be able to use it. The bathroom floor is also all sticky. I'm definitely not happy with this hotel. Pros: Located near the freeway. Full kitchenette, with full fridge, microwave, dishwasher and small electric range. (Though while we could find pots, there didn't seem to be any silverware.) Breakfast provided Free parking Cons: Loud groups not confined to specific area of hotel where there wouldn't bother other guests as much No linens/blankets for pullout bed Sticky bathroom floor Slamming doors Issues with charges No evening reception with drinks and snacks as listed on description online

Might want to clean the vents in bathroom once in awhile. They charge for parking...why??? I understand downtown hotels where parking is limited but here I don't understand. I was taking a shower and discovered the conditioner bottle was empty. If you are a woman you understand how annoying it is not to be able to condition my hair. The bottles are locked to the shower wall so I couldn't even tip it upside down to get any little amount. Mattress are not comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. So at 7:15am breakfast items not being warm doesn't make sense. I understand at 9:50am why they might have gone cold. The positives are that the room was really large and it has a good kitchen.
