Positive: The hardwood floors and the bathroom toilet access in space Negative: Staff is hard to deal with that sometimes to get fresh linen or towels or toiletries when needed

There were people constantly hanging out and loitering outside the hotel talking loud and smoking weed. Also the aroma of weed was even stronger on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Also the hotel is not pet friendly. My advice is to control the people that constantly loiter outside the hotel

Positive: Location was absolutely great. Negative: The shower nozzle was broken and I was unable to shower. When I told the desk clerk, he said, "sorry about that". Whenever the room was last used I am sure the cleaning staff reported this.

When I booked here.....it stated complimentary breakfast. There was no breakfast...only coffee (it was bad). The aroma of pot in the hallway was very strong. The rooms and linens were not good!
