First off, the women I spoke to on the phone was so nice. They were so fast to come out after I called and the service tech Dalton was awesome. So nice and went above and beyond to help fix the issue and make sure there were no other issues. He ran a diagnostic and checked everything to make sure there were no other issues. He really took his time. I could not ask for a better company or service tech. I would recommend them to all! Superior company with superior employees!

I knew Veteran Air was a top notch company when I bought a new unit for my condo two years ago. Recently I had a major mold problem in my kitchen which clogged my filter and ducts and required adjusting the vent shown. The ac shut down and the stench was awful. I called Kevin, one of the owners and he immediately sent an inspection team, followed by maintenance and a tech for the vent. Every one on this team is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My only problem is their policy of having all communications on line. This was an insurance claim,so editing was important. I prefer hard copy mail.

The serviceman Dalton was very professional and knowledgeable about the unit. He was on time, took his time on doing the maintenance needed for the unit. Let me know what I may need in the future with regards to maintenance of the unit. This was my first contact with Veteran Air, and I was a bit skeptical due the cost of the maintenance agreement for a year, but after the time and work put in my Dalton, I am currently a happy customer an$ hopeful that the next visit will be just like the first. He was friendly, professional, very detailed in explaining everything that they will be doing. I never felt rushed as I asked questions, and he made sure I understood each answer he provided.
