The worse court house I have ever dealt with. Sent my traffic fine in priority mail with tracking so I could prove it was paid on time. I am here almost an hour already and they cannot find my payment. They are clueless. What kind of system do we have going here? Horrible, horrible service!!!!!!!

I had a problem with a ZOOM pretrial. I needed to provide a written explanation to the court. I expected frustration and a long wait to be helped. Turned out to be a fantastic visit, met with Beth and she was cheerful and polite. She instructed me on what was needed and what to expect. She was a blessing to a very frustrating situation. Apparently takes 15 min to transfer a call and once your transferred they put you on another 10 minute hold. I’m trying to give y’all money to get my license back but apparently y’all have better things to do. I hope to never deal with this court system again.

if it was filed with us, you can get a certified copy of the will at the Public Access department for a dollar a page and two dollars to certify it.

Go under public records. First and last name and case number I believe. You'll choose the right case and it will list of of the info you need as well as court dates.
First floor all the way to the last counter. Ask for a request form. You can sit and fill out the forms there at the area provided or take it home and bring it back. The folks behind the counter are very helpful and they will explain the process to you.
