Gulfstream Pools built my custom design pool in 2013, I can honestly say if you want your pool done professionally with top quality materials at a great price, “GO SOMEWHERE ELSE” this company “Doesn’t Care About You, Only Your Money”. As you can possibly see from the pictures included that the pavers are crumbling to pieces the owner of Gulfstream Pools came to my house and refused to take ownership of this cluster-bomb of a garbage for quality pavers. Save money, time, heartache, pain and suffering “GO SOMEWHERE ELSE” and get it done right!!!

I was very diligent researching pool companies and ultimately decided on Gulfstream pools. We clearly made the right decision. Great service, highly quality work and equipment, competitive pricing, and responsiveness best describes Gulfstream pools. From start to finish, we found the front-line staff at Gulfstream extremely knowledgeable and our Sales Rep gave us really good "ideas" and "things to consider" during the process which allowed my wife and I to make all the right choices. Considering this was our first time building a new pool, we were so grateful and appreciative of our Sales Rep (Gary), as well as, Ted (Site/Project Manager) who played an instrumental role helping to guide us through the entire process. Additionally, I was pleased with the fact our Sales Rep kept kept in touch with us and was ALWAYS available if/when we had questions during the build process Once the pool was built, we were fortunate to be introduced to Gordon who came out to "start up" our pool -- Gordon is humble, friendly, responsive, and most importantly, has deep-knowledge about pools in terms of water specs, equipment, and the ScreenLogic web application. Thanks to Gordon, I quickly became an expert on how to operate our pool and how it functions. In terms of QUALITY, Gulfstream is undoubtedly the best in the business. I've had other contractors at our house after the pool was built and they all wanted to know "who built your pool" and made comments about "quality of paver cuts being perfect", "amazing pool design", "clean installation of pool equipment". My wife and I are beyond satisfied with the final product and without hesitation, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Gulfstream pools. Great company, with great people, and even in the mist of COVID, they were able to exceed our expectations!

Can I give 10/5?? I got 9 quotes before deciding to go with Gulfstream. 3 of my friends used them and all had stellar things to say. Our job was a renovation, plus patio extension. Clint helped us in the show room: this was the third showroom I went into, but it was the first that actually helped me narrow down what looked good together. He didn’t jerk is around, he thought of things we hadn’t (and not just to upgrade) Really professional and knowledgeable. We signed that day. They use subcontractors: however, these subs are THE BEST. I absolutely can say with experience and confidence that you will not hire individual crews that are as good as theirs. They were perfectly coordinated, very fast, very clean, very professional, 100% answered any of my questions. Time is money and the schedule is so busy, they don’t have time to side sell you or cut corners. If there was a small mistake, it was fixed before anyone noticed. They did so many extra things that others would charge for, or simply not take care of because you wouldn’t know otherwise. One sub mentioned that my waterfall was going to be inset too far with the new tile and there wasn’t really any way to fix that.... the next day, the tile was up and somehow the waterfall was lined up fine! Magic🤷🏻‍♀️ There were many little details that were done to perfection that never even crossed my mind until they were gone. Ted juggles all the subs, I don’t know how he keeps it straight because his phone does not stop ringing. I honestly can not say enough good things about the subs. (We have a joke in house now—- “can we call Gulfstream?....” “I need to put a gutter up...call Gulfstream?” “I need a new water heater.... call Gulfstream?-darn it, I can’t!” haha because we have never had such an impressive, clean, professional group and subs too!) At the end of the project: They pressure washed everything. A pool professional came out and told us so many details about pool care that we never knew-even though we have had a pool for 12 years! Not one single screw, or piece of trash was ever left behind. At the end of each day, everything was clean. At the end of the project, it looked like a magazine ad- picture perfect. Price: 100% in line with other quotes.... except I KNOW other companies would have ‘up-charged’ me on a lot of things Gulf Stream just simply does as protocol. And I know other companies would have cut corners. Receptionists: always helpful, always got em to the right person. Always friendly and professional.
