We arrived at minute clinic and waited a good 10+ outside. The ARNP, took us to the back to tell us that she couldn’t see my child because she was going to be behind in schedule. I explained to her to her that we waited 10 mins outside for her to call us in. She stated, I’m sorry I can’t see you. She turned my child away and refuse to see her. Clearly she doesn’t care about patients, other than her precious time. I have never seen a physician turn down a child because they will be running late. Do better!

Scheduled online for 3:45 today. It's now 4:31 and I'm still sitting here. Waiting. No communication from the practitioner. I may update this review after I get seen, if I ever do. Right now it's not looking so good.
