Most of my clients start out coming 1 time each week until we decide to extend time in between sessions to once every 2 weeks or once each month.

Couples therapy also offers “neutral ground” to work through excising relational issues with professional guidance and support. Then we will work to develop the coping skills necessary to improve their happiness as well as their behavior at home and in school.

During therapy you can explore unhelpful thoughts and behavioral patterns and substitute it with more positive ways to cope with your hardships. We are considered out of network with insurance companies. We accept cards, cash, HSA and FSA accounts. We can provide Superbills for possible out of network reimbursement from your insurance company.

Counseling sessions typically last 50-90 minutes, depending upon personal preference and need. Your counselor will discuss this with you upon scheduling.
