We used Village Palms twice. The first round of landscaping was okay, but about a third of it failed to thrive over the next few years. We tried to give them a second chance by having them evaluate the situation and replace the poorly thriving plants. It’s been a couple of months and some of those new plants are clearly dying. We’ve called several times and have not gotten replacements for the 6 plants. In addition, Jody doesn’t return the calls. We talk with the phone person each time and she is nice, but can’t provide assistance. We’re extremely dissatisfied. The prices are high and the service is very poor. Choose another company if you are doing landscaping.

Professional staff with great customer service! Very personable and listen to what you are trying to accomplish at your home. Informative as to what can and cannot be used in various parts of your property. Highly recommend this landscape and garden firm.

Dennis took the time to listen to my husband and I. He was very helpful in making the best suggestions for our particular landscape project. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Village Pam's Nursery & Landscaping. Our go to place for healthy, beautiful plants & trees.

Love this place. The Village Palms ladies and gentlemen are polite, professional, and dedicated to their work. I recommend Village Palms for your hardscapes and landscaping desires. Go see any one of their designers and they will appropriate the ideas you have into an engineered reality. Thank you Village Palms. God bless!

Wendy retired 1216, you should contact the nursery, the staff is very knowledgeable and should be able to answer most questions.
Tibouchina trees are only sold spring and summer, and should be planted then to be established before a freeze.
Any palms that are burned by a freeze, may take until July to recover, but most will.
