Delivered flowers that were in bad condition. When I called the florist, the woman was very rude to me . She kept telling me that the person I ordered flowers for did not like my gift .They refunded me but it was a Mother’s Day gift and now there is no gift . Very poor Customer service .

PS she said the "special one" you made her yesterday was gorgeous and the biggest one ever! She enjoyed chatting it up with the owner who personally delivered them to get them there on time.

Spent over $100 to have this delivered to my Uncle’s ‘Celebration of Life’ . Needless to say, I am utterly disappointed in the arrangement, while the flowers themselves are beautiful, the arrangement looks like a child threw it in a vase. Buyer beware
