Typically you will need: Have either a certified birth certificate; certificate of naturalization or a previous passport Have proof of identity, a driver’s license, state I.D., or a military I.D. Have one 2x2 picture with plain light background and taken within the past 6months (we can provide these photos for a fee of $5.00) However this may not always be the case.
