If I could give a 0 STAR rating I would. I was feeling sick and sent my grand daughter in for Alka Seltzer. We speak clear English and the workers are Foreigners! They sent her out with a darn BLUNT ROLL. I was needless to say BOILING WITH ANGER! The manager and workers had NERVE to laugh as I expressed my anger! They will never receive another cent from me! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL - how does Alka seltzer sound like whatever the name of what they sent her out with (purchased).

I have the same opinion of the owner/manager as other posters. Sadly he is very unfriendly and sometimes downright rude. A customer remarked to me that the store is very busy. Amazing. I will return to my old 7-11 on Cloverdale. They are friendly and welcoming.

The older man there is terrible. He doesn’t acknowledge your presence, period. I just moved here a few weeks ago, right down the street, and he has the worst attitude. I come there everyday and he won’t even look, speak, or anything. He acts like I kicked his dog or something. At first I thought it was just me, but he’s like that with everybody. Terrible customer service. Definitely won’t be going there no more.
