I loved it, the employees were outstanding, we arrived shortly before closing because we had been at my grandsons soccer tournaments which were all day, they greeted us an were so friendly, the food was delishous an hot!! The employees there were absolutely fantastic... if wasn't so far from my home in MD I'd make that my Popeyes go to place.. 100%

Never ceases to amaze me. I ordered a few spicy chicken sandwiches, a thing of tenders, and the NEW Fish Flounder sandwich. All the sandwiches I could tell were old, just like the last few times I got them from here, and I did not get the FISH sandwich. When the chicken is tough and the breading is soggy from the sauce & pickles, it's obvious. I'm guessing they didn't feel like cooking the fish before the delivery guy showed up, so they lazily replaced it with an old piece of chicken. If you're looking for a place to eat in the area, there are other places a short walk from Popeyes that I'd guess actually care about making some fresh chicken.

The in store wait is incredible and this location is staffed by employees who dress poorly, have poor customer service and have little to no interest in positive customer experience. Mask wearing was inconsistent and the restrooms are filthy. They lack basic cleaning supplies like toilet paper and paper towels and the only operating restroom is the men’s one. I’m glad I chose to use the restroom before ordering: it was so disgusting, I left and wouldn’t recommend eating anything from this location. It’s so nasty I’m surprised they’re still operational at all. I haven’t been to this location in months and the quality of service has gone down tremendously. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I ordered the $6.00 biggie box. These are the chicken strips they gave me. Very dry and no meat. I threw them in the trash. They are really expensive. And, customer service, so so. They have never gotten back to me about my complaint.
