I could not speak more highly about Avis in New Kensington or Jay. We were give outstanding customer service and a top of the line vehicle at a price that was much lower then every quote I had gotten everywhere else!! Will always use Avis for my rentals!!!

Rental process was easy and professional. Price was much lower than other places I had considered. Rented a beautiful Ford Expedition. Very spacious for long drive to SC with two adults, two teenagers and two small dogs. Very comfortable! Was surprised to find a sunroof to enjoy as well. I would definitely recommend and will use again in the future! Thank you!

Only putting one star cause i cant go lower. Never wrote a review in my life but this is unacceptable. Worst rental place of all time. No insurance. Wont accept debit cards(mind you its 2021).And when they called to tell me this information which they didn’t have anywhere on a site, they called once during work hours and once only. When the call wasn’t picked up and i went in they told me the information and then said “Answer the phone next time” followed by their favorite excuse. “We are a family business” Very rude staff, terrible business practices.
