My son ordered two carry out pizzas they said no carry out specials, and they wouldn't take a Visa gift card ,that can be used anywhere.Makes no sense. The pizzas were very good that's why 4 stars ...

I ordered pizza, chicken, a sandwich, and 4 drinks. An hour ago, all of it arrived looking wonderful, besides the drinks. The driver said he would be back in 10 to 15 mins with my drinks. 30 mins later, I called the store asking about my drinks. The lady who answered said the driver has not been back to the store yet, but the minute he gets there, she would have him get my drinks and send him back to my house with them. I told her my food was getting cold as we waited and she said she understood and was sure he would be back soon. That was 30 mins ago and still he's yet to appear. If I wanted reheated food, I could have just put a frozen pizza in the oven. I was just looking forward to having dinner with the kids with soda as we sat down to watch "Stranger Things" like my email suggested. And this isn't even the first time they have forgotten my drinks. On the other hand, reheated pizza wasn't that bad. Can't say the same for the sandwich though.

If I could give a zero I would. I called worded a cheese pizza with a side of ranch. Instead of ranch on the side I got it as sauce!!!! When I called I was hung up on twice. I was told they would not fix my order cause I was rude!!!! And that I ordered my food the wrong way!!!! Needless to say i will be calling the owner tomarrow and I m gonna make sure the girl who hung up on me twice loses her job!!!!! Great customer service but then again what do I expect. Not to mention the pizza with ranch sauce has big burn bubbles all over it. I highly recommend not ordering from this place. I cannot believe how she handled that situation.

Ordered $50 worth of food for "contactless delivery." The driver knocked on my door and I didn't answer cuz contactless delivery. Didn't leave my food on my porch and left me a voicemail that I needed to call to get my food. The manager refused to refund my money so I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I am beyond disappointed. Domino's was my favorite but I will never order from them ever again. Ridiculous.

I agree completely! It should be Pepsi products. And we have all new staff now. Much nicer service.
I have my orders delivered. They always wear a mask. Stay 6 feet away and I keep clean once I get the order. They are very polite.

That dominos store in particular is ran very poorly. No accountability. Look at some reviews and you'll see.
I apologize. I left an hour and a half ago. We warned everyone we could get ahold of that delivery time was 3 hours tonight. If your correct phone number was on your order we called up until I left. I do not know what Maria did after I was gone so I definitely apologize for the issues.
I disagree. Their pizza is delicious and their wings are decent too, but I have definitely experienced the lack of service here multiple times when calling or if their online app stops working. The worst part is that you can be in the middle of an order and the app will just crash. Then u have to call. It's very frustrating.
I'm truly sorry for that... I'm just the delivery driver... If I may ask...was the driver a man or woman tonight?
