Took 1 1/2 weeks to get a service scheduled. Cancelled twice on service call! On 3rd reschedule was told service tech would be out at 9:00 AM, but received electronic notification service tech would be out between 1 & 5. Tech arrived at 4:30. Service tech was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. Charged $430.00 which is outrageous. Service call was $89.00 which is fair, however part was $341.00 & should have been between $175.00 & $225.00! Offered $140.00 discount if we purchased a 1 year service agreement! Know history of CINCH which is parent company and familiar with their lack of coverage! Will never use them again should have went out & bought new dryer!

Had 1st technician diagnosis the problem so then had to wat 2 weeks for air damper part to come in. 2nd Technician came on time but was very short and non-friendly.
