UPS attempted to deliver my new iPhone on Monday afternoon just when I happened to be out at the grocery. When I got home, I found the UPS sticker saying they'd attempt again the next day. I spent all day Tuesday and all day Wednesday at home, with the front door wide open and just the glass storm door separating me from the outside, working at a desk I set up just inside the front door, so that I could see the UPS driver if he came again. He did not come at all on Tuesday (though I heard his truck and went out to ask him and he said it hadn't been put on his truck that day), and when he came on Wednesday he handed me a package from another company and said he knows that he returned the iphone to the UPS customer care center on Monday at the end of his route and doesn't know what happened to it since then. UPS is only supposed to make three attempts, but somehow every morning the tracking status says it is "out for delivery by 7 pm" that day and then every day between 10 pm and 11 pm it updates to say "Delivery Attempted" - when I am home the entire time, and the driver in fact was here at 8 pm and told me to my face the phone was not on his truck. Every day the next day it says "out for delivery" again and doesn't show any longer that it was "attempted" on the multiple previous days. This game could go on for a very long time. I now just want my money back. From now on, I will only buy iPhones at the store itself. Big mistake to order online and expect delivery to work out. My conclusion is: you can no longer trust UPS.

I would give zero stars but I do not have that option. However, for the last month I have waited for a $4,500 item to be delivered. Between waiting for a call to set up a delivery, and attempting to call every business day at different times I am still without my delivery. I have spent 3 hours and 27 minutes on hold with the phone switchboard hoping to be connected to someone who can set up a delivery time for my package. Looking over the other reviews this seems to be a consistent reoccurrence at this location.

This is by far the worst delivery company I ever used!! You all employees lie and say packages were delivered! Ave you’re not even at the address yet. You all should be ashamed of your self stealing people clothes and shoes that people used their hardworking money to buy!!! I

Awful service. Every time my packages are shipped for delivery through this location, there's an issue. My packages are marked as delivered when, in reality, the driver never showed up, or they've updated tracking with a false "attempted delivery" when the driver never showed up. Whoever the drivers are with routes in the Largo/ Upper Marlboro (20774) need to be terminated and replaced with competent, professional delivery carriers who DO THEIR JOB!

Get ups my choice and select to pick up package, i do that on all my packages, apartment issues lol

Ups routes are set up in a particular order now. Not necessarily by address in numerical order

Agree with all the above. If a sticker was not left, call the toll free customer service number for UPS and find out where the package is before you go to a local store.

Call 1800 pick ups to let them know you are coming to get it so they can tell you what time the driver will be back to the building
UPS sucks!!! I have stopped buying and ordering from companies that deliver their goods via UPS. They are so undependable. Horrible delivery service and customer service. I rate them 1 out if 10!
They have your email or you can track your package up to the time they shipped to time they deliver. Drop time you will receive a email.
Had this issue before. The guy who typically delivered for me was on vacation. The suit number was not listed on my delivery address. After working with UPS staff it took over 2 additional weeks to get my package.

Every time my package is sent through ups it’s a problem, first time I had to come to this location costumer service was terrible besides the hr wait for them being on lunch . Now today I’ve been tracking my package driver claim he/she was there ! Why the hell amazon used ups???
