After over 5 years I finally was able to move my things out of my unit in the heated/AC section. My stuff was in the same condition as when I stored it. Manager Mary was a sweetheart to me - she worked with me when I paid a few days late occasionally due to my payday being every other week. She was always cheerful answering the phone and concerned about me as a person, not a mere customer. I would recommend this facility to anyone!
