Sadly, I deleted my good service from 4 months ago. I have brand new tires and last week, tire pressure was low on one tire. They did not check and only put air in it. Today I came back in with the same problem and was told they could not even check the tire until 8.3, 9 days from now and to just keep coming back for more air. Irresponsible advice for a single 73 year old woman. I am at another Tires Plus and have been waiting now for 6 hours...they say they will look at my car before closing. After 20 plus years, after this I am done with Tires Plus.

I've been going to this location for all automotive repairs, maintenance, and inquiries for 14 years with both of my vehicles. The staff here has always been knowledgeable, upfront with findings, providing recommendations, and ensuring our satisfaction with the results. I always find myself trying to ask some questions so I can best understand the services being rendered, why their being conducted, and breaking down the costs structure to ensure I don't make any assumptions about anything. I've "never" had any issues with Tires Plus and we've had a tremendous amount of work done to vehicles at this location over the past 14 years' based on wear and tear, preventive maintenance, engine lights, new ties, alignments, AC, battery replacement, wiper blade replacement, oil changes, nail in the tire, etc. and I've never had a situation where I walked away disappointed. If you have service here and you feel there needs to be a 'second look' the staff is more than happy to assists - just be patient as the location does become busy. Overall, It is the only place we take our vehicles.

My truck air conditioning blows hard cold then weak warm. Went in and spent quiet a bit on Freon. They said they see no leaks. It has continued doing same thing, took it back, said they can’t duplicate it, said come back when it happens again. Within leaving it did the exact same thing 7 times within 3 miles. I can’t make it stop doing it but they can’t duplicate!!I don’t know how that’s possible. Frustrated.

I showed up at 5 minutes past closing time and they replaced the battery in my Camry anyway! Saved me a lot of time and missed work. Also the same battery is actually less money at Tires Plus than at the nearby auto parts store by ~$40. Thank you for making my life easier.
