My car buying experience here was amazing thanks to Manny Ruiz and his team. Manny is an excellent sales representative who took his time to show me around on inventory and getting me into a new vehicle that I am overly pleased with. Car buying experiences can be stressful and irritating and I’m thankful for visiting this location because I left stress free and was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism by all the staff. Dealer is taking advantage of people and attempting to charge a close to $40,000 "market adjustment" while other dealers charge none or $10,000. The sales person I spoke to had an attitude and could care less about selling me a vehicle. I called the sales manager on duty and he also did not care to discuss the markup. Once the inventory tide changes I hope other consumers will remember the "market adjustment" scheme and go to other dealers who didn't ruin the industry. I will never do business with an Ed Morse dealer due to their greed.

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced in any dealership. Elianny in customer service was attentive and very pleasant. She even provided a small toy, food and drink for my family while we waited for an oil change and our breaks to be replaced. We had to wait a little while with a 3 year old and 1 year old and she made it manageable with all her kind gestures. I can’t thank her enough. Also, Tim with advisory was helpful. He was informative and kept up updated on the progress of the work being done. I would recommend everyone to this dealership. It’s the best!
