We live in this park part-time and the new owners are making some wonderful improvements. We love that it's a friendly smaller community where we know many of the residents. It's not overly busy and has a laid-back feel.

Hi Evonne. Thank you for your interest in Harbor View! We are a lot-lease-based community, so you pay a monthly base lot rent that starts at $750 and goes up depending on the lot size and location. Included in the lot rent is trash and recycling pickup at your driveway, water and sewer. That will include all of the use and maintenance of the amenities. We expect to have all of the additional amenities in by the 3rd quarter of 2022. The additional fees are a prorata share of taxes: $70 and the lawn mowing fee of $35. Our amenities, including a Fishing Pier and new Dock to watch the beautiful sunsets over the water, Tiki Pavilion, Heated Saltwater Pool, and Cabanas, kayak launch, Private Beach with Fire Pit, Dog Park, Outdoor Fitness Stations along the Boardwalk Walking Trail, Commercial Outdoor Kitchen, Gated Entry, Pickleball, Cornhole, Community Activities and much MORE coming soon!
