Went for a estimate on 5/26/2022. Was told I would receive a email estimate by end of day. On 5/31 I went back to see why I haven't received a estimate yet. Was told we are very sorry we will get that to you within a hour. Still no estimate. Called the next day to be told we are sorry again, you will have your estimate here real soon. 14 hours later still no estimate. Obviously they are doing so well that they don't need anymore business. When they were pinellas auto body I had used them 2 times and they were awesome. Now that they are a different business they don't care. Stay away incompetent at following through with there commitment.

The receptionists are both very nice. That's about the only good thing I can say about this place. I brought my car there to get my front bumper and fender fixed. They lied to us and didn't send us the estimate before starting the work. We then got my car back almost 2 weeks later. We noticed that there were a bunch of drips in the paint, primer still showing in the gaps, they scratched my freshly painted rims, and they got rid of the body line on the bumper. After only driving it a few miles, the fender liner came out and scratched up my hood and fender. We brought it back for them to fix all the mistakes and Josh was very nice about it and tried to accommodate us the best he could. We got the car back another two weeks later. Now the bumper and fender look decent but have a couple drips in the paint, but on the other side of the car there is now huge scratches on the fender, door, kick panel, and rear quarter panel. There is also paint from another vehicle on that side. They hit something while driving it around their facilities and did not even attempt to fix it or to tell me something had happened. I am very displeased with the service I was given and will not be recommending this place to anyone. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP, even if your insurance recommends them. It is not worth the time, money, or energy of dealing with them. One of the managers of the Clearwater location is not a pleasent person to deal with. He thinks he can do no wrong and gets angry when told they messed up.

My insurance company recommended this company and I am so grateful that they did. The receptionist was so friendly and explained everything completely. She called the rental car company and they came and picked me up. When I went to pick up my vehicle after the bodywork was done it had been detailed. They cleaned the inside and the outside. Even dressed the tires! Everyone was masked, the interior had plastic covers on the steering wheel, drivers seat and stick shift. The outside of the building doesn’t look like much but the office interior is very clean and comfortable. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so friendly and informative. They even let me leave the rental car and took care to get it picked back up by Enterprise. I will definitely recommend them.

Carol, Sorry, but we cannot give accurate estimates from photos which is why company policy dictates that the vehicle be here for the estimate. We do estimates free of charge and by appointment. Hope this helps
