I had a great experience with Olympia. I made an order by phone all the way from Europe asking for flowers for my dear cousins funeral. A very kind and friendly employee helped me out with the order and provided helpful suggestions. He is Jonny. Jonny was even so kind to send me a picture of the beautiful arrangement he made. We had a little issue concerning the payment of the service and he immediately solved it providing all the support and follow up necessary. Very professional but above all, as a client, I felt sincerely cared for. That is so valuable! I hope Olympia knows how such a great professional they have and also take care of him. Surely, I would order again and request for Jonny.

On a Sunday, with three hours notice, the owner created a beautiful spring bouquet including the irises I requested. The beautiful arrangement brightened the near by hospital room for the patient. Many medical personnel commented on how lovely the arrangement was. I highly recommend Olympia to anyone looking for a floral gift.

There's a reason they are the best and oldest florist in Boston! Had an arrangement put together for a surprise proposal to my now-fiancé, and they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect with the flowers. When they offered us a different vase than what we originally discussed, they insisted to provide us with the original piece to have, too. John was personally happy to help answer questions outside of the normal business, and make sure I felt supported being 2 hours away from where I was coming (to Boston) for the big question. They also have a great selection of houseplants that we cannot wait to keep looking at each time we come back to visit the city. Definitely check them out!
