I ended up in the wrong office, I was supposed to go to the Pines office with my Dr Feanny, my Primary doctor office mixed up the appointment, however since I was already there I saw Dr Berkowitz and his assistant and also a student in training which was ok with me, they were all professional and took the time to make sure everything was okay with me. Thank you Dr Berkowitz 🙏 my only bad experience was finding the office, I had to go upstairs and downstairs 😒 to find the office 🏢 that was my exercise for the day 🙃 thank you very much.

I never got to see the doctor, they are very slow and the receptionist is very rude and she was sneezing all over stuff, spit flying out her mouth just nasty and disgusting. I will never go back to this place

I was reffered to Dr. Berkowitz by a family member as I recently slipped and injured my knee. I am in alot of pain and my knee is swollen. When I originally called, I told the girl who I spoke with that I was calling for an MRI because I already had an x ray done which determined there were no breaks. I told the girl this, as well as let her know that I am uninsured and would be paying this out of pocket. She then proceeded to make me an appointment for an MRI and never told me new x rays would be required. She said if required I would be given a shot and have the MRI done. When I arrived I was greeted by a very rude receptionist (who I also witnessed being nasty to several others patients) who told me I would have to prepay for the visit and charged me $190 for the office visit plus $121 for an xray total of $311. I was told this is required and I didn't have an option so in order to be seen, I paid. I then did the xray and was taken to a room to wait for the doctor. In walks the physical therapist, he came and tried to do some movements with my knee and I could not bend it due to pain. He then says that I will have to come back because my knee is swollen and there is nothing they can do. Obviously my knee is swollen, it's injured and that's why I'm there! I never saw a doctor, was never given any treatment after having to pre pay to be see by a doctor. I feel completely robbed and now am out hundreds of dollars and am back to square one with no medical care other than an xray which i already had and they knew! Being that I paid put of pocket I would at least expect to be seen, and if not be offered to come back for a followup because if I swollen knee is enougn to not be treated, they should have disclosed that when I called. I will say the rest of the staff was kind, but that receptionist was horrible, and I can't speak for the doctor because he never saw me!
