Great staff, very friendly and helpful. I have been there for years in a contractor unit. Secure with no one to bother you. Problems i cant seem to get resolved for years now. The door on my contractor unit 1000 has been very hard to open and is getting worse. The contractor unit 1008 that i also rent, has a door that works perfectly. I am unable to receive the wifi signal in unit 1000. Which is another complaint that has gone unanswered. This past week they plowed snow up to my door and i cant pull my van into the unit. When i asked for some kind of compensation for this i was told nothing could be done about it. They also pushed the snow onto the vehicle i have stored at parking spot 8001.

Manager was kind and accommodating, it was a very quick process to obtain a storage space, and checking out was even quicker. Rates are good too. I imagine I will be using this location again in the future, as long as they have space available!
