I've been an ATT customer for more than 30 yrs but I was at my wits end and about to jump ship after 2 days of ATT customer service torture; not being able to talk to a human because my problem was not one of the robot choices; finally getting through to a human but no one able to answer my tech questions; being on hold for >30 min after my call was transferred once again then the call getting dropped. When I tried again today the CS rep said I would have to purchase something at the local ATT store and it gave me the idea to call the ATT store in Saratoga. The person who helped me today was phenomenal and within 5 minutes I had all of my questions answered by someone who knew what he was talking about. Also, what I needed was NOT available at that store but he gave me all the tools I would need to purchase them. I'm still an ATT customer because of his great service. So grateful to him for his knowledge and courteous care.

Shawn was great to work with getting 3 of us new cellphones. I had issues with my new pixel 6 phone, and Shawn was very helpful. Shawn and his manager fixed our pixel phone issues and got my new galaxy phone set up. He mentioned to us about direct TV stream because we have fiber optics at our house. We switched from Dish network and Shawn made it so easy for us to hook tv stream up. Saved us money per month too! Great job guys!! 3 happy customers.
