FYI - higher COVID risk to shop here. Nobody on staff wearing masks which is not in compliance with NYS law and increases risk of COVID infection. I was wearing a mask and was scowled at by one sales person and ignored by others, so I departed. Nice showroom displays.

It took a while, but that is because we unfortunately had to install our stove in the middle of the peak season and Saratoga Fireplace is so popular. The service and installation were great, however, with friendly, knowledgeable people, and we will definitely use them again when we decide to install another stove. Five stars

That is our fireplace, we could not have more happy with every step of this possess, from first stopping at the store learn what would be the best insert for us. To the installation, their crew were amazing, kind, professional, respectful of our home and us. We would recommend Saratoga Fireplace & Stove to anyone.

Do you sell used/ refurbished pellet stoves?

Sorry, we do not. With the update to the EPA regulations in May 2020, we (as retailers) can only legally refurbish/sell any wood or pellet stoves that were tested or manufactured to those new standards. It would be rare for someone to trade in a pellet stove that is only 1 year old.

We do have basic, standard size chimney caps in stock, or can order if it is something we don’t carry.

We purchased a used Dutchwest 2461 wood stove. We are having problems with opening and closing the damper. At first we had to jiggle it a little and it would work. Now it won't budge unless we manually do it from the inside. Is it fixable?

Hi... we only service products that we have sold/installed. I recommend going to the manufacturer’s website. You should be able to find a dealer in the area that might be able to help you.
