Bought a lift chair from Rodericks and in less than 2 years the lift motor stopped working . Contacted the store in November about getting it fixed, it is now February and still have not gotten a response. No one has called and even given a follow up and if you call the store they are very rude. The person who answers the phone is probably the rudest I’ve ever dealt with in customer service.

The lady associate was very helpful and pleasant. Roderick has a large selection of furniture to choose from. I was disappointed because they have a large sign in front window stating they will match any competitor's price plus 10% discount. I had printed docs from AAFES Exchange for identical products which they refused to match by $217.94. Not taking in account any additional 10% discount.
