This will be the last time I shop at Living Spaces. We ordered a whole living room set and the sales associate Vina said the matching ottoman and love seat wasn't in stock but should be in a couple weeks. We are going on two months and have half a living room set and ZERO response from Living Spaces. Also, the original delivery was two hours past our window. Later, we found that the electrical outlet for the phone chargers weren't working on our bed. So, I emailed customer service and without asking me my work schedule they just scheduled a new order / return to be delivered on a Sunday. I replied with an email on Friday night to cancel because I had to work. The lady replied late Saturday and said she'll have to charge me $100 for canceling the delivery without a 24 hour notice. I informed her she never asked my schedule and HER reply was what was past that 24 hour window as I sent the email 48 hours before the delivery! We went to the store to see if we could get help from the manager but without concern for customer service she sent us over to wait in line rather than taking the initiative to help us. We still have half a furniture set and no one to call to help. Worst costumer service I've ever experienced! Last time I'll be shopping here.

We decided to purchase our sectional at Living Spaces after extensive research and visiting several furniture stores. The experience was easy, no pressure to buy and there were a lot of people walking around ready to help. Leo was our guy.. he was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and professional. He made the buying process smooth. I will definitely return to this store for future furniture purchases.

One of the best furniture stores that I've ever been to. Large selection. Reasonable prices. Love the fact that the sales people are not on commission...so there is no high pressure in your face tactics. I also love that you can also choose different fabrics for your chair or couch and also choose fabrics for throw pillows as well. They also have a very large selection of rugs, lamps, pictures and other accessories. Will continue to buy here.

Very nice living spaces location. Super huge store so many options to choose from. The staff is friendly and attentive. Everything was organized and neat. Place was clean they even have free rides via golf cart to your car in the parking lot from the front of the store FANCY!!
