I order food to go and the food I got wasn't what I had ordered. I ordered a medium steak and my steak was so well done it was like leather. The baked potato was hard and they did not give me any butter or sour cream to go with it. I called and the GM Mark Dasher just laughed at us when we asked for our money back. All he was willing to do is give us a desert on our next visit. I will be calling Corporate about this and disputing the charge on my credit card. Unbelievable!

Ya know, if it wasn't for the absolutely stellar service, I probably would have given this place 3 stars. The food is okay, but nothing to get excited about. But the service was so good and so friendly that it made up for it. Not a bad place to watch some games, have some better than average bar food and enjoy some drinks with friends.

Dinner was great, filet mignon very tender. Sydney was excellent waitress. The trading four stars....NO mud pie! Even if it's a supply issue, not likely we will be back as we no longer live here in CA.

Well sadly I wish I was leaving a wonderful review. However, I am not. We ate here today on Easter Sunday. A family member and I were not able to be with our whole family so just us two went to go eat at black angus. When we got there we were seated straight away and were assigned to Kristina's section. We sat there and waited for about 10 minutes before she came to greet us. Which we understood it's Easter and it was a little busy. Once Kristina did come to our table she looked MISERABLE! No smile and very cold and hostile. We asked how she was doing today and she completely ignored us and asked us what we wanted to order. Slightly stunned by her coldness and rudeness we ordered our appetizers and drinks and also told her we were ready to order our meals also and she said NO she's putting our appetizers in and then will come get our orders. Which again what? LOL is this really happening ? She also cut us off as we were trying to order our second appetizer. We told the host at the front desk and instantly they got us a new table and everyone was friendly and in full damage control mode. It's just sad because Black angus is such a huge part of my childhood. I remember when they the best dance floor around ! Sadly now it's a completely different experience . Nothing like it used to be and I still wonder why Kristina was so miserable and mean. I truly hope her Easter gets better and her attitude. Also the manager never not once even came up to us to ask us how everything was or what happened. He was kinda just bumbling around with no rhyme or reason. So disappointing.
