Haggling as an option can only occur when the owner to the booth where you're making a purchase is on the premises. Otherwise, they stick with the price on the tag.

They will buy. It would be better to sell on your own. They will not give you what it is worth. Do some on line research check eBay. I would not recommend trying to sell to an antique store
