I was very disappointed I ordered a pecan chicken salad sandwich I took 3 bites b 4 I got any chicken salad it had about a tablespoon of salad it was all bread and lettuce for 6.00 I expect much better

I never had a problem with this place until yesterday. I chose to go to Arby's, because I had physical coupons from the mail. I was told my coupon was expired. No one looked at the coupon, they just said it wasn't usable. (I was in the drive thru.) The expiration was 03/31/2022. Did I time warp?! After I realized I was going to pay $11+ for some mediocre fast food (which keep in mind Arby's was only selected due to coupons.) Without the coupons, this food is pretty overpriced. I drove out of the line all the way to Popeye's in Duquesne. I was going to pay $11+ for one combo and a kids meal at Arby's. With the coupons from Popeyes, I was able to get 2 full adult sized combo meals with an extra side, and I felt that I got much more value, even with driving 20 minutes out of the way. You guys weren't malicious, but get it together. I probably won't be going back to this location. Waiting 20 minutes in line to be told your non expired coupon is expired is not a winning experience.
