Dr. Spaar marketed herself as a family physician on social media saying that she would take on anyone as a patient. I was looking for a new physician for my children at the time, so I made an appt with her. She told me she did house calls …Due to HIPPA I cannot comment on specific situations but I have been focused solely on medical marijuana and addiction since 2019. I have not done primary care since 2017. I am sorry that you have been this angry for 4 years. I hope you find peace soon.

Dr. Fleming was so easy to talk to and so very kind. She really listened to what I had to say and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I was able to get in very quickly and I feel so much more empowered to get the help that I need. Thank you soo much.

Hello. I am currently looking for a new physician for my 16 year old son. He was diagnosed with OCD 1 1/2 years ago. I have suspected a streptococcus component to this from the start. Do you evaluate and treat for PANS? Lisa Giannetta

Hi there. Yes we do evaluate and treat for both PANDAS and PANS. We do an initial appointment where we go over history and do an exam (usually takes about 90 minutes). Then, an initial treatment plan is formulated and labs are ordered. There is then a follow up generally 2-3 weeks later to go over labs and see how the patient responded to initial treatment. We have offices in Verona (Pittsburgh area) and Grove City (northeast PA). Hope that answers your question. Take care.
