If I could give this company a 0 star I would, I would never recommend anyone to purchase tickets from this company and definitely never go back to this ever again. This was my first time ever trying Greyhound company and their service is absolutely horrible. I purchased a roundtrip ticket, showed up at the bus stop an hour earlier than my departure time and the bus never showed up. Being a woman, I was stuck at the bus stop alone in the freezing cold at midnight for more than 3 hours and could've been kidnapped by strangers around. I've been asking them to refund my tickets and they keep on denying my requests when it was NOT my fault that I wasn't able to take my trips which is very unprofessional and rude of them. I am beyond frustrated and angry at this company, even considering suing them if they don't refund my tickets. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Made a reservation for SB-SJ and had car trouble on the way to the station. Yet, I still made it on time only for staff to tell me the bus had left a couple of minutes earlier than departure time. Once I tried contacting customer service, they were condescending and not helpful; they kept sending me to other departments. Then tried calling the station to reschedule and they kept declining my calls. TLDR: if you want reliability, don’t travel with them. Also their policies changed some time within the past two years and it makes it nearly impossible to get a refund, even if completely justified.

My dad drove over an hour to this Santa Barbara location to drop off a package we had scheduled. Got there and the station is closed. Everything is closed down. I called ahead of time and the hours are 8-11am and 2-5pm. He was there at 9:45am and no one is still there. I called and talked to Greyhound and they have no idea why they are closed. I talked to 3 different people (including what they call "back office") and no one knows why they are closed and there is no hour change with GH head office. This is incredibly inconvenient for the customer and a major headache! I will never use this service again.
