In FedEx’s quest to be as inconvenient as possible I drove over to drop off a package for 6pm as I’ve been doing for years. I arrive and discover that now the last drop off is 4:30pm. Last week the box closest to my house was taken out of service randomly. As I sit in the parking lot other people are arriving to ship stuff. I’m betting dollars to donuts that the next box I drive to is going to be out of service too. I love wasting my time.

Had to deliver a package to work using their account number & couldn’t get a label printed online. Called the Corporate customer service who sent me to Tech Support, ugh. But then, I called the Salem location & got Amy who was the nicest! She explained what I needed, and suggested I call and ask for her when I arrived. She brought a label to the curbside pickup spot, helped me fill it out, and carried the box back inside. BTW, it arrived at its destination early. Thanks, Amy & FedEx!

Hands down I will be utilizing this location again. I was in a pinch and also in a rush. I am a Realtor and I also work at the Italian Restaurant in the same plaza as the FedEx print location. I called and asked if I could email him some pdfs and give me my payment information over the phone. I literally had my order placed in less then 2 minutes. I’m not kidding. I had to be to work at 4:30 and I called at 4:28. Not only did Nick the manager take my order and completed it but he was also so kind to walk it over to the restaurant after he closed the store at 6. Now that’s amazing customer service! My open house flyers looked fantastic and I was so happy that it all worked out on such short notice. I’ll be using this location for all my printing needs. Thank you!!!
