I’ve been trying to reach my caseworker for 2 weeks. I have a time sensitive matter and no one will return my call. I’ve left voicemails 4 times and emails 2 times. I’m not sure how else to get a response. I’m sure they’re very busy but 2 weeks and no call back?!

I live around the corner and was woken up at 3:30 this morning because of three men shoveling the pathway to the entrance on charter Street, this seemed outrageous to me so I called this morning and spoke with one operator who told me I should have called the police (I will next time) and then was blindly transferred to someone named Ralph, I believe he said his last name was Vito, who wouldn’t even let me speak; told me I was lying and no snow removal had been performed before 7:30 even though he was not on the premise and couldn’t confirm it, then he HUNG UP ON ME while I was mid sentence. I was nothing but polite, didn’t raise my voice, and this gruff, toxic man became immediately aggressive and refused to even humor my VERY legitimate complaint. The next time it happens I will in fact call the police and my next call right now is going to be city hall. I hope it was worth it when all it would have taken to resolve the issue initially would have been “sorry won’t happen again.”
