I came to Lowe's because I needed a board cut to size. I got there at about 7:30 a.m. and ask the gentleman to help me. He was very friendly and was willing to help me get my board cut right away I was in and out of the store within a matter of 20 minutes. It was very fast service the day I went.

Yhis store location is great, they are willing to help you out, but some other location I can't say the same, I am dealing with a pre-sales person and it seams that this guy doesn't care about us, who buys materials here, I get it that I am an one company, but if it happened to me it can happen to anyone, and the queis "will they care if something is missing, or just say that will help you and do nothing? Really upset about it, but like I said before, the Berlin turnpike store is awesome so far!
