Nothing but good things to say about Montpelier USPS. My letter carrier, Craig is the best and every substitute carrier has also always done a terrific job. Everyone I've interacted with at the actual Post Office has been friendly, professional and knowledgable. No complaints. USPS workers have a tremendously difficult job and I appreciate all of their hard work. Thank you Montpelier USPS!

Second time in several weeks they lie to Amazon and say they “couldn’t reach the front door” to deliver a package.” Today it was 40 degrees, I worked at home and saw them deliver the mail. They made no attempt to stop and deliver my package and kept going to the next house. As it was so warm, my driveway was melted to the pavement. They lie! This is fraud.

I believe packages go out before 1pm but I'm not sure if that's right.
I think the last mail out going on state street mail box outside the post office gets pick up at 5pm .
I'm really not sure on how big but I believe they go by weight so its not big its how heavy I hope that helps.
Hi Jeff, Your package requires a signature to be delivered. We are open Mon-Fri 8-5:30 and Sat 9-12:30. You may pick it up here during those times. You may also send someone to pick it up for you if you yourself cannot make it. It will be held for 15 days. -USPS Michelle

You need to ask the post office that because the codes are different for different places in town.
You have to have a mailing address ether a p.o. box or physical address.
Use the website listed on your receipt. Make your complaint there. Periodically, the results are published for all offices to see.
