Well, what an establishment. If you are calling with a question on accuracy of a Birth Certificate after they messed up your child's birth date (making them 5 years older than they actually are and therefore making it nothing short of a pain to register for school) getting the run around on this correction for 3 years, Then it's finally corrected and you call to verify before ordering.... If you want self-entitlement, attitude, audible sighs because they've got to put some effort in, and best of all, being yelled from the background at by a supervisor named Jess or Joyce because you ask your question again after being hung up on after stating that your question wasnt answered, then this is the place for you to call!!! Bonus, you'll get made to feel to the point of tears because they are so rude. I literally wish I didn't have my child at a world renowned Boston facility because I'd never have to deal with this staff. How miserable must you be to treat people that are calling with a question. If I at all sounded exasperated, again, when it takes over 3 years to fix a mistake don't come at people with an attitude cuz they're making sure it's actually corrected.
